Eligibility Requirements
To register as a MACINT Mall Hub-Point, you must:
Hold a valid MACINT Mall Membership Pass+ at minimum.
Complete the required Hub-Point account registration.
Provide the necessary information for your designated postal code area.
Complete the applicable setup and service fee payments.
Hub-Point Setup Fees
The following one-time setup fees apply:

Stock Take & Inventory Planning
Hub-Point operators may arrange stock-taking services to support inventory monitoring and stock clearance planning.
Recommended stock clearance period: 15 days.
Stock-taking fees: To be determined based on the agreed scope and requirements.
Inventory forecasting: Available free of charge on a limited basis.
A 15-day stock clearance period is recommended to support more efficient inventory management. Actual stock clearance will depend on product demand, availability, and vendor arrangements.
Sponsorship Rewards & Exclusive Privileges
Obtain a sponsorship code from your sponsor to access a Mystery Special Voucher and exclusive deferred payment privileges of up to 90% of eligible vendor fees and charges, subject to the applicable terms and conditions.
The deferred payment privilege allows eligible Hub-Point operators to offer greater payment flexibility while supporting vendors within the MACINT Mall network.

Stock Purchasing & Inventory Management
Hub-Point operators are responsible for purchasing stock based on the selling prices listed on the MACINT Mall website.
Stock purchasing: Purchase products at the applicable selling prices displayed on the website.
Stock clearance planning: A 15-day stock clearance period is recommended to support inventory planning and product turnover.
Stock-taking charges: No additional fixed stock-taking fee applies under this arrangement.
Inventory forecasting: Limited inventory forecasting support is available free of charge.
Hub-Point operators should plan stock purchases according to expected demand, available storage capacity, and the recommended stock clearance period.
Sponsorship Code & Exclusive Payment Privileges
Obtain a sponsorship code from your sponsor to access a Mystery Special Voucher and the opportunity to request special payment arrangements.
MACINT Mall may consider deferred payment terms for vendor fees and charges, subject to approval by Headquarters and the applicable terms and conditions.
These special payment arrangements are not automatic or guaranteed. The availability, eligibility, and approved terms are determined by MACINT Mall HQ.
